Emergency Response Notification

Mobile end users on our Vodafone & O2 mobile

We know that some of our mobile customers, or their employees may be impacted by recent events in Israel and Gaza.

We want our customers to stay in touch with loved ones during this difficult time, we will support our customers by refunding and crediting calls and texts made to, or whilst roaming in these affected destinations.

This means that any calls or texts made to Israel and Palestinian Authority Territories from 7th October 2023 until 17th October 2023 will be credited back to you.

In addition, roaming charges for calls (to landline and mobile), texts and data incurred during this time will be handled similarly with both standard roaming rates and daily roaming charges qualifying for credit.

Please note:

Usage will bill out at standard costs. We will begin to reconcile billing data after 1st November 2023, and a credit will be subsequently applied. Please allow 14 days from the invoice for us to apply the credit.

We reserve the right to withdraw concessions with immediate notice – We expect customers’ usage to be in line with the intended spirit. Should usage be suspected to be outside this, we reserve the right to withdraw the gesture on a case-by-case basis.

TMC Telecom extend our heartfelt condolences to the families and friends of those impacted by the recent events in Israel and Gaza.

If you have any questions about the above update, please get in touch with your Account Manager.
