From 01/08/2023 our Worldwide roaming services are changing for the better!

Roaming in Europe

Roam Like at Home (RLAH) is still being offered on O2, so as it stands will remain unchanged. RLAH allows you to utilise your UK allowances while roaming in Europe.

Roaming Out-side Europe

As of the 01/08/2023 the old Rest Of the World Daily Pass is being replaced by World Traveller Select (WTS). WTS allows users to utilise their full UK allowances when roaming, rather being allocated a small daily allowance which can easily be exceeded. All customers that are currently using the old Rest of the World Pass will automatically be upgraded to WTS for free. The only exception to this is for customers currently on our premium Unlimited plans, as these will be upgraded to include Travel Free and Travel Plus which includes a few additional features and destinations.
